My prediction is Sansa will be captured and brought to the Queen to be executed. In Danaerys's mind she's the one to blame for all the betrayal she's recently experienced. It's how effective the rest of the Starks are in stopping this is how the show concludes. So in this way the story comes full circle, it was the fate of their father (and how powerless they felt about it) which started this, and it's the fate of their sister and how they use what they learned since Ned's death which decides the conclusion.

She always planned to kill the Queen. Just not the one she thought.
It would make Sense because Arya is supposed to close green eyes as well. Cersei is dead and I’m assuming Dany has green eyes. Or maybe green eyes is symbolic of Dany’s jealously toward Jon .
