Was it the same actor who played Viserys? It sure looked like him.

I agree that he looked like the Viserys actor. And was Lyanna played by the same actress as in her death scene? They seemed to be concealing her face from the camera. ( If so that will be the third actress to play her)

Tbh, he looked more like Michael Cera wearing a wig

This confused me as well because he did look like Viserys. Then again Viserys was Rhaegar's little brother so it shouldn't be a surprise if there's a resemblance. But from what we heard of Rhaegar and from all the illustrations of him, I expected someone who looked bigger, more impressive and more like a potential King. I'm having trouble seeing this guy battle Robert Baratheon at the Trident. Though to be fair, we only got a brief glimpse and Robert himself at this time would have looked smaller too.

And what should a potential king look like? First born sons came/come in all sizes and shapes....

Also the family was very inbred so it's not surprising if features get shared. Think "Habsburg lip" .
