Why did Daenerys agree to hold the truce at King's Landing?

When two hostile parties agree to meet for a parley, and neither of them trusts the other and expects some dirty trick, naturally they should insist on holding the meeting on a neutral ground, where no party has an advantage over the other. Was it a mistake of Daenerys to agree to parley at KL? Sure, she will bring her troops, but still it is Cersei's home base.
