The opening credits: Why is the Baratheon sigil still on King's Landing?

I know Cersei is still technically the widow of Robert Baratheon but House Baratheon doesn't exist anymore (as far as I know) and she clearly identifies herself being a Lannister. The Lannister sigil is now behind the Iron Throne.
