Wait, I thought wights couldn't get past the wall?

Or is it simply White Walkers that can't pass the wall?

A wight was brought into the wall before during Jon's first encounter with the dead. I just don't think the enchantment allows wights to pass the wall on their own (probably more of a mental thing).
