I'm really excited to see the mad queen daenerys theory starting to come to fruition. I really hope the shows goes through with it.

She's not mad, just your standard tyrant.

I didn't know whether you were talking about Dany or Cersei!
I think Cersei is sounding more and more insane, reveling in torturing people rather than simply killing them outright. If Dany can be said to resemble Aerys, then Cersei is behaving more and more like Ramsey Bolton.

YEAH I want to see Cersei mumbling " BURN THEM , BURM THEM ALL!"

I don't think "insane" is the right term for Cersei. She certainly schemes well -- negotiating with the banker, keeping Euron on a string, telling Jaime that she is trying to learn everything that happens in the capital. Her main problems are sadism ( toward the Dorne captives) and her arrogant assumption that her people will accept an openly incestuous queen.

There is less sadism in Cersei than in Arya and what you call an assumption is more like a wild wish she always had. Besides, I don't think "her people" would mind all that much. The people would turn on her if they were besieged and starved, provided they saw a possibility of mercy on the other side (not sure, since Daenerys is gaining a reputation of burning people alive and has Dothraki known for slaughtering, raping and enslaving the defeated). The military might if they saw defeat coming.
Cersei has issues, this is beyond question, but she's not mad. Not yet. I shall not dismiss the possibility because the strain she has been facing all along could take such a toll. Paranoia could increase.

I like Danaerys better mad. She seemed mad in earlier seasons more than recently. I was hoping that madness was what propelled her to invade Cersei and KL a few seasons ago. It would've been better....wipe out the Lannisters, overtake the city, then have Snow form an alliance against the night army. It's more natural than the path they took because they have to keep their dear, oh so beloved evil antagonist Cersei alive til the end.

Tyrant or not, she's on the side of social progress, representing former slaves and some(?) feudal lords. Making the transition from slavery to feudalism, with the material conditions having been in place for a time. An enlightened tyrant.

Yes, social progress has always been the most effective foolsbait.
