Little Finger gave it to Bran, Bran gave it to Arya, Arya gave it to Sansa. I assume it's going to play an important role at some point. They keep emphasizing that it's Valerian steel.

Maybe that's so Sansa could plunge it into Little Finger's cold, calculating heart... full circle.
On another note, DID Arya give it to Sansa?? I don't think she did, unless I blinked and missed that.

When did Arya give it to Sansa? Last I saw Arya was kicking Brienne's ass in that duel and flashed it then
