Even if Jon succeeds in getting a White Walker down to King's Landing for Cersei and for everyone else there to see I'm not sure that Cersei would believe the threat even then. It might be impossible to convince that there's a real threat to her or anyone else from the White Walkers. She might just dismiss it as being some kind of trick by Tyrion and Daenerys.
But I could see Cersei trying to think of a way to use the White Walkers to her advantage. She might try to form an alliance with them or otherwise use them somehow against the North and Daenerys. Maybe Qyburn will think of this, that would seem to the kind of them he would suggest.
What do you guys think?

my god they are butchering this story. Maybe it was a bad idea to diverge from RR Martin books and writing there own plot?
Has he indicated anything about the divergences of the TV series from the books?

I suggest we sent Jaime to make an offer. We'll make sure no one is allowed to migrate north of the Wall and we'll even organise delivery of Stark bastards in exchange for active support against the lizard b.tch. Or we could deliver the Targaryen sl_t herself. There are plenty of options to discuss.

Are they trying to capture a white walker or a wight?

Cirsei may not believe it, but I could see Jaime studying the evidence and deciding that it's for real. And how much can Cirsei manage without Jaime? ( Other than blowing up cathedrals)
