Everyone seems to love him. He's become a cartoon villain though in my opinion. A pirate rockstar if you will. He's not really scary like Ramsey who was about as psycho as it gets. When he dies it will be sweet.

He's Game of Thrones Negan and by that I mean he is the extremely over the top cartoon/crazy villain that is neither threatening or funny, just distracting and out of place.

Negan is worse IMO becuz he's boring and has shit lines. Euron at least has some zingers.

Oh, yeah, Negan is far worse, I can tolerate Euron, because he has limited screentime.

I like the character. I don't think he's nearly as over-the-top as Negan. But that may have to do with the fact that his character is still new. I liked TV Negan when first introduced. Euron may very well end up a boring cliché, like TV Negan, if he stays for too long. But let's be real, this is GoT, he's gonna die. Plus it's too far into the game to focus too much attention on him. His character is just being used to set up the end scenario.

Yep, he's a throwaway character on the same usability as Bronn. Their fun and funny but really unimportant in the end.

Yeah, he's a fun villain if that makes any sense. Cersei is just cruel and joyless.

I thought that was quite funny too. Besides that, I don't really care for Euron, or for any of the Greyjoys for that matter.

The actor that plays Euron, Pilou Asbæk, was good in Borgen. I really enjoyed that series.

I'll love watching him die, if that counts.

But my favorite villain is Littlefinger.

You are assuming we have all read the books. I have not. All i have to go by him is that he murdered his brother by throwing him off a bridge. Ramsey murdered his brother by letting dogs eat him. Euron is like the Pirates of the Carribean ride at Disneyland compared to Ramsey on the TV show.

Euron is a terrible character. Made worse by the fact that the actor is way too over the top. I felt like that fight scene at the end of episode 2 was so bad that it was unbelievable that he could beat a couple of teenage girls. That's bad acting IMO. I can't wait for him to die, not because he's a great villain, but because I want him the hell off my TV screen.
