That ending with Ollena, can't wait for Cersei to find out though maybe no more impact for her. And Jamie...sigh hope he wakes up and stops supporting Cersei

Cersei has always blamed Tyrion for the death of her mother who died giving birth to him.

I'm sorry but you are wrong. Both her and Littlefinger conspired to murder Joffrey. She couldn't stand the idea of her granddaughter copulating with that monster.

movie_nazi is right. Baelish and Olenna conspired to kill Joffrey. Didn't he tell Sansa that when he rescued her from Kings Landing after the Purple Wedding?

Yes he did and Olenna admitted it in another scene as well. It was to Margaery she admitted it to.

It's well known that Jamie and Tyrion have a very close relationship. Cersei & Tywin were both so convinced that Tyrion killed Joffrey that they were going to have him killed, but eventually sent him into exile. He's probably going to be pissed at Cersei at least somewhat.

Huh? Sent him into Exile? Uh, wrong. Remember the trial by combat with Obeyrn Martell? They were gonna execute him! Tyrion only lived becuz Jamie let him escape.

No shit. So once he escaped he was going to be able to freely walk around Westeros? I said 'they were going to have him killed', I didn't know I needed to be more specific.

You made it sound like they were going to have him killed and decided to put him into exile instead. Read what you wrote, that's how it comes off. They didn't decide anything. He escapes and goes into exile.

They conspired? I thought it was entirely Olenna. Littlefinger tells Sansa that Olenna removed one of the purple stones in the decorative snood Sansa was wearing; he asks if she remembers that Olenna made an excuse to touch her.
So I took that to mean that, although Littlefinger knew about it, the poisoning was all on Olenna.

Well, he knew it was going to happen so he used that help Sansa escape. He knew beforehand exactly when it was going to happen. I'm pretty sure Olenna set up the poisoning part as I recall wasn't it a gift from her that Sansa wore? But I think he was pretty heavily involved with the planning of it.

Hmmm, I thought Littlefinger gave her the necklace but I could be wrong.

If he did then he for sure was in on it.

It wasn't a necklace, it was a silver snood (hairnet) decorated with purple stones.

We are mixing up the books with the show. I believe in the books it was indeed a necklace.
