Jeffrey vs Ramsey

Who is the worst? For me, it's Joffrey. They are equally evil. The difference is that Joffrey was, deep down, a sniveling coward. I don't think Ramsey was afraid of anything. He is probably more dangerous but Joffrey was a worse Human Being.

Not much to choose between them, but I think Ramsey was worse. Joffrey didn't kill his own family, and he could be flattered and manipulated by more intelligent people, like Margaery. Ramsey enjoyed games; Joffrey enjoyed a show of omnipotence.
