What do you think about Jon's decision to go himself to Dragonstone?
I think it was unwise. By going there instead of sending an envoy, it may give the impression Jon is lower than Daenerys, that he obeys her summoning, although he does not intend to bend his knee.
Besides, Daenerys hates the Starks as she hates the Lannisters (according to the novels). She forgave Tyrion, but what guarantee Jon has that she will forgive him too?

As a viewer of the series it's a wise move to me. It may not be so clear to a character in the series.
Jon and Daenerys have a common foe in Cersei and the Lannister's in general. Jon needs the Dragonstone and Daenerys needs to be aware of the White Walker threat. The dragons would be critical in defeating them.
There's no inherent reason for Jon and Daenerys to be foes. And Daenerys may be perfectly willing to let Jon be the King in the North as long as he acknowledges she's the Queen of Westoros. It's not like Jon has any interest in King's landing.

I don't have an opinion on Jon, but I think there's a big blowup ahead. Davos is going to see Melisandre. Since they're outside the North he can't kill her, but he's likely to tell everybody that she burned a little girl alive. And TYRION, remember, said he despised Ellaria because SHE murdered a girl, so he's likely to sympathize with Davos. Will Danny trust Melisandre after that?
Also about Melisandre : several seasons back, Melisandre was terrified at the sight of Arya at the Brotherhood's camp, for no visible reason. I think Arya is the one destined to kill Melisandre and M knows it..

No one knows this besides bran. So I don't know how this has anything to do with daenerys forgiving Jon.

It will be interesting to see how Jon learns his true heritage (this season?) and what it means for Dany and Westeros.

I think Litlefinger will send killers to kill Jon Snow on this trip to Dragonstone.

This whole seasons been a bit of a disappointment and I expect every one to revert to type. Arya running back to jon is depressing because as a lone wolf she can make a difference. Jamie hasn't learnt anything , neither did grey-joys or Littlefinger.
I fear "tavares1970" is right and these dumbass writers will just kill Jon off.

It's inevitable; Jon and Dany have to meet. I think that's kind of the whole point of the series. Jon realizes he can't fight the White Walkers on his own. The only source of potential help is Dany and her dragons.
If he sends an envoy, he looks cowardly. So, he goes himself. Dany admires people who have the courage to confront her, like Varys, Yara, Tyrion. She won't harm him.

I honestly do not think Jon has any trouble becoming Warden of the North as opposed to King of the North. Jon is not power hungry and is more interested in saving people from the oncoming terror than retaining power. So if he has to bend the knee, he will bend the knee.

I agree. I think Jon will do anything to get his hands on the obsidian. It's not like he really has any choice.

It's his only hope because winter is coming and she has the dragons, in addition to an alliance against the Lanisters. He also gets access to the dragon weaponry from underneath Dragonstone.

But I also think that in addition to trying to kill Jon Snow, he's going to come back to life in a way like a cheap book.

I think his decision was very interesting. Wise... meh, probably in the long run. But interesting:
This could be interesting, especially once they find out they are related!
