Debate Juego de tronos

Why were Yara and her men sailing blind. They had absolutely no warning of enemy ships until Euron was right against them and had already begun to attack. However, Euron was able to identify which ship the siblings and the Sandsnakes would be on. I understand the producers are crunching for time but this really annoyed me.

My impression was there was poor visibility all around so they had no choice there since time was of the essence.

I thought the same thing the minute the ships appeared. It's just poor implementation. They only have so much time, and they have to overload us with silly, forced, cliche romances like Gray Worm, and skip out on logic, instead tossing it overboard. Honestly, had a group of Naga or Frogmen appeared out of the mists and started joining in on the assault, I would have found that to be just as realistic as that battle at sea. ALSO: the size of both of their fleets, especially when splintered in the first place, is a joke. They act as if this small group on the Iron Isles is the only people in all of the world who have amassed a large fleet. These guys are rolling in the naval fleet of the US Military, and claim dominion to what? A small island they can barely hold? Makes no sense.

You have to get off your ships at some point.

The take on the Iron Islands has always slightly confused me. Even more so when we finally got to see what kind of fleets they both have. Both Euron and Yara have a great fleet. Where do the sailors come from? Pyke doesn't seem like it has that large a population. And the size and quality of their ships is just wow. Why don't the richer families import handymen from Pyke? They sure could pay more.
