Bespreek 冰與火之歌:權力遊戲

Area wiping out the Freys, The look of Edd's face when talking to Bran, Jon laying down the law as King in the North, Cersei and her bitchy self and poor Jaime, Tyrion's song being sung by Ed Sheeran, Euron Greyjoy being Crazy Euron Greyjoy, The Hound seeing that vision in the flames, Daenerys landing at Dragonstone, I cannot wait for next week!!!

That was really good. Loved that beginning with the Freys all getting what they deserved. Loved it!

It had its highs and lows, but the highs truly soared. Best of all was Arya at The Twins, a smashing opener. Enjoyed The Hound's scene a lot, too.

Am I the only one whose attention automatically dips when Samwell is onscreen? At least we now have Jim Broadbent to liven his segments up a little.

I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. I thought it was a fantastic season opener, touching base with all the characters. Loved seeing Jorah, even for just a moment. He's looking in rough shape tho. Did anyone else think Arya was going to bump into Gendry in the woods?

Yes! I kind of hoped she would run into Gendry.

I thought she was going to kill those guards. They were all Lannister guards and I thought she was gonna break out some faceless men moves and kill them all. I didn't think she sound run into Gendry, but I thought she would run into Nymeria and her wolf pack. I also LOVED little Lady Lyanna Mormont pulling out her bitch please, girls can fight too.

I think she was planning to kill them, being Lannister soldiers and all.. Until they got to talking. She saw that they were just regular men stuck in the war of others wanting nothing more than to just go home to their family. I think it shows she hasn't become completely heartless.

Whatever. He's one of the smallfolk that made a big discovery. I suppose you will get around to it eventually.

Samwell is the bumbling, well meaning dufus who rounds out the cast of characters. He reminds me of Oliver Hardy. I also remember the actress who plays his wife from the British TV series Skins.

Haha... he could do with a Stan to bounce gags off and a L&H style whistled theme tune. That might make his scenes funny and charming.

I have no doubt he has an important role in the endgame. I do find his character and much of his dialogue awfully tedious, though. But let's see where this season takes him.

Oh she will sooner or later, the blood in his veins might be about as valuable as Dragonglass.

There really wasnt anything great in this episode for me. Thought it was rather boring and uneventful. But I'm sure it is about to pick up speed pretty quickly. Seemed like a setup episode.

Bran telling ed where he had been was cool.

Arya noticing how unarmed the Lannister men were was observational.

Again, the hound seeing what he saw was great and the burial of the father daughter was well done. I believe the BWB will join tormond at eastwatch with benjen for a showdown of epic proportions.

Jamie looks like he's done with sisters shananegans.

Euron is fun.

I liked it. A good opening episode. It was really nice to see Arya wiping out House Frey. I'm a little disappointed that she's not going to Winterfell to reunite to with Jon and Sansa. But I understand why she wants to go to King's Landing to go after Cersei though when you think about it she really should be targeting Littlefinger for what he did to Ned Stark.

I think her run in with Nymeria next week will snap her out of her whole going to King's Landing idea, and point her North, to Winterfell, and her remaining family!!!

Gendry now knows that he's the sole survivor of the bastards. What if he bumps in with Arya and Nymeria and they together go off to King's Landing, burn Cersei and Gendry claims the throne? Would a bastard be eligible to rule a kingdom?
