For me it would be Joffrey's death and the Battle Of The Bastards where Jon has is back to camera and holds the sword as the army comes charging. That epsisode was amazing.

When Arya finally builds up the nerve to say " ThisGirl is Arya Stark of Winterfell , and I'm going home!" to the death priests.

I'm rewatching before Sunday; I JUST watched Laws of Gods and Men, Tyrion's trial speech STILL gives me chills, they really hit the nail on the head when they cast Peter as Tyrion. I'm still pissed that he didn't win the Emmy that year over that Breaking Bad guy. Peter DESERVED that Emmy and it was stolen!!!!!

He's already won an Emmy for GoT, so I doubt he's too bothered!

The birth of the Dragons in Fire and Blood is pretty damn awesome, goosebumps every time. Oberyn's final fight is also a scene that haunts me, mainly because he was one of my favorite characters.

I'm rewatching season 1, and it's interesting the foreshadowing we get. Lyanna gets mentioned a lot, but only as Robert's lost love; nobody realizes the link to Jon (Maybe the show writers didn't know that at the time). Littlefinger is already trying to get Sansa's attention, sitting beside her at the joust and telling her gossip. There are two scenes of dogs jumping on villains ( Joffrey and the assassin in Bran's room), somewhat forecasting what eventually happens to Ramsey. And there's Syrio's oddly prophetic question to Arya: "What do we say to the god of death?"

Jamie and Brienne's bath scene. A pivotal moment for both characters and very emotionally honest.

I just finished my first watch, 6 seasons, and my favorite are Battle of the Bastards, The Trial massacre by Cersei, Rains of Castamere wedding massacre, Joffrey's poisoning, when the new young king jumps out the window, and all of Daenerys' early scenes with dragons.
How about when Tyrion exacts vengeance on Tywin, too? No one mentioned that.

There's too many to pick from. From the birth of dragons, to DRACARYS, to the weddings, to Tyrion's trial, to the Viper vs the Mountain, how do you pick JUST one???

Hodor and the door, definitely. But I want to give a nod to a really terrific and probably overlooked moment from the last episode. Littlefinger's advice to Sansa, telling her to be considering every possible battle, ever potentiality. It gave me chills because it really felt like I was hearing what went on inside his head.
