For me it would be Joffrey's death and the Battle Of The Bastards where Jon has is back to camera and holds the sword as the army comes charging. That epsisode was amazing.

It's hard to narrow it down to one. But I'd probably go with the Red Wedding. That will forever be one of the greatest moments in film history for me. I don't think there has ever been a scene in a film (TV or movie) that has shocked me so much. I did not see it coming, especially the loss of those characters. The event itself was incredible. Furthermore, it solidified in my mind that truly no character is safe.

Oh, there are so many. The Purple Wedding, just because we got to see Joffrey die. The reunion of Jon and Sansa in season 6, since to that point it seemed like we'd never see any of the Starks reunite. But I also loved it when Davos confronted Melisandre - amazing bit of acting from Liam Cunningham, and my heart broke for him. I could go on and on but I'll just stop there, haha.

As others have sai there are so many wonderful moments. But If I have to choose, I would go with "Come at me, crow", and the whole season six finale.

...all these wonderful scenes you all are reminding me of.
I might need to binge watch from episode 1 before the new season.

Wow all great moments mentioned. Thank you. Yes Viper vs The Mountain was awesome. The reaction on everyones faces when that last bit happens. I think we were all in shock for a while. I am so looking forward to series 7. Come on July!!!

I have so many that it's hard to list them all. The final scenes of each season or among my favorites. In addition to those, Viserys' golden crown and the moments leading up to that, Dany and Khal Drogo, Tyrion's speeches in The Eyrie and when he's on trial for Joffrey's death. Peter Dinklage does those scenes so well! Tyrion with the dragons, Daenerys stepping out of the flames after burning all the Khals, the battle of the bastards and Ramsay's death, Oberyn vs. The Mountain, Jon and Sansa reunion, Arya escaping from the Faceless Men and killing Walder Frey, Tyrion slapping Joffrey across the face... I could go on and on. I love this show.

I just rewatched the show. It was hard for me to get past that one episode. I seriously didn't want to turn the TV back on because I was so upset. And that was on the re-watch.
My favorite moment was probably the Wild Fire scene in the last episode. I loved the music, it doesn't really belong in the world of GoT, but it was also very fitting.

I remember feeling very upset and angry after watching the 'Trial By Combat' the first time round. When Viper was walking around The Mountain, venting his anger, I was like, "stop talking and kill him now ffs!!!"
Yes the Wild Fire was quite a cinematic scene, so was The Battel Of The Bastards when Jon Snow faces the army. I really feel like Series 7 and 8 will be iconic due to the limited number of epsiodes in both seasons. It will be epic.

A lot of oberyn scenes are my favorite, the scene you're talking about where reckon dies & Jon faces the army, Jon & Sansa reuniting, and a lot more.
