Indirect kills don't count. No one wants to blame Stalin's mother.
And you guys will wait a long time to see Cersei get "what's coming for her". She'll be there for most of the sequel too.
Lena Headey is a terrific actress so that's okay with me.
It's difficult to sympathize with Ned's motives from an American point of view. He thought the throne should go to the "legal heir", not the best person. He wanted Joffrey excluded because of the illegitimacy, not because Joffrey was a jerk. After all, Stannis was a jerk too.
Cersei. It's like she has no conscience whatsoever. She'll do anything to win in every situation even if that means sacrificing her children's emotional welbeing or having anyone who stands in her way killed. At this point I think Cersei's only weakness is her love for her brother.

Bran does seem to get quite a few people unintentionally killed....

Gregor Clegane sure killed a few. And I'm not including his current incarnation as Robert Strong.

The Mountain is most certainly the most deadly. Especially in the books.

Still hoping for a gruesome death though.

I'd say Cersei after what happened at the end of season 6.
