Yep, June! It sucks cause another show I watch (Orphan Black) that normally began in April is not starting until June either. Either way, you're correct about it being right around the corner.

I also don't like that they are doing less episodes, but I heard the runtime for some of the episodes will be longer though. π
Yeah, they're wrapping up the story now. Winter is finally here, the White Walkers are coming down from the north and Deanerys will be moving up from the south - all the (remaining) characters are coming together.
D&D apparently felt there wasn't enough story for 2 full seasons, but too much to pull off in a single season. Probably easier on the cast and crew too, doing it this way.

Season 7 begins in June. I will binge watch all the seasons before it starts to get caught up. Can't wait for it to start!
