RIP Bobby Sherman, 81
He made his appearance on the season 1 finale of The Partridge Family as the guy who breaks into their garage and records a demo tape. The episode "Knight in Shining Armor" was the pilot for Bobby's spinoff series Getting Together which ran for 14 episodes.
What's interesting about his career is at his peak in the 70s as a teen heartthrob, he decided to quit showbiz and be a paramedic instead.

Here's his last movie, "Get Crazy', he played one of Colin Beverly's (Ed Begley Jr.) henchmen, Mark, alongside Fabian as Marv.

Thanks! Why have I never heard of this gem?? Directed by Allan Arkush (Rock n Roll High School), starring Malcolm McDowell, Ed Begley Jr., Lou Reed and a dozen other rockers...
I just watched the first few minutes but Bobby's opening scene is hilarious (he's the one on the right @5:30) Get Crazy - "The Bad Guys"
