Received A Theatrical Screening

This miniseries was shown at the 2007 Vancouver International Film Festival. On other miniseries that had a festival release (e.g. Tipping the Velvet (2002), etc), it is also listed as a theatrical film. Should this too not have it's festival showing listed?

I don't think so for a couple of reasons. It's pretty common for short documentary series to screen at festivals before their TV premieres, but none of them are exceptions. The miniseries screened at the VIFF months after its TV premiere. And the description mentions that it's a film in "three sections".
This is however a good case for the theatrical flag.
