On this TV programm from September 18, 1964 (the day of the first episode), the listed title was "Twelve o'clock High".
This is the same on this TV programm of September 9, 1966 (the day of the first episode of the third season).
There are also other programms that use the title "12 o'clock High" : September 18, 1964 and September 9, 1966.
Consequently, we will need screenshots of the official title cards of the episodes to be able to determine the correct title.

I have screenshots of Series 1 Episodes 1 and 2 and both clearly state 12 not Twelve even though the loader has labelled the videos as Twelve.
I do not see how I can add screenshots on here so I have added 2 links for you to see the Title.
