"Chun Tian Li De Ren Men" tells the story of Xu Ying Ying, a doctoral teacher at Ningzhou University who came to the spring community to investigate and was unexpectedly elected as the community director. She kept thinking and exploring in the complex community governance work, and grew from a grassroots worker to an excellent community cadre. With the joint efforts of community policeman Tian Li Jie, social worker colleagues and many community residents, the old factory area has been transformed into a characteristic central block that residents yearn for.
