It is a scene from the episode S2E18 "The Bringers of Wonder, Part Two".

Medical Centre. Maya stuns the guard. 'Doctor Shaw' (in reality an alien creature) moves forward and trips over the guard on the floor. The latter part was later cut.

So, Wonder, you think it is a genuine blooper? Yes or no? (I watched the actual scene that aired and she moved her pretty hands a little differently so it is positively not the take that aired!)

The blooper is the second take. I don't know how many takes there were made of that scene. They could have chosen another take and decided not to include 'Doctor Shaw' this time.

I take it you are saying yes you think it was a real take.

Spooky everyone, when somebody refuses to answer in simply yes or no when you asked them to do just that--more than once!
