Working my way from the back I missed this entry. I fixed the other entries, which now may have been a mistake. Hopefully it can be resolved eventually.

I find that epguides does very well for things like that: original airing order, etc.

Thanks @Knixon. I undid the bad edits and locked the seasons. I also created a few episodes groups. I didn't check all the different DVD releases, but the megaset is in the original production order.
