How did you name your folders ?
I try many thing but first I did :
You need to add the year to the series name. This should be:
Dexter (2006) / saison 1 / Dexter.S01E01...
Dexter new blood (2021) / saison 1 / Dexter.New.Blood.S01E01...
I tried and seems to be the same. I also tried Dexter 2006 without "()". I also tried to put season instead of saison (English).
Then you will have to ask the Synology support how they expect the folder to be named.
