I rarely missed his show

_When I got out of school after attending half of a day I'd go home and watch his show when it came on in the afternoon. I remember the one with the transsexual couple Sheila and Gene Reynolds and all of the celebrities he had on. So many risque shows also. _

I watched Phil's show pretty frequently back in the day and enjoyed it, though no longer am able to recall who any guest was, or a single thing about the show.
According to Wikipedia, it ran from 1967 to 1996! When I think I personally was viewing was mainly during the '80s, but also, to some much lesser extent, during the late '70s. But, anytime through the entire run of the show I easily may have watched at least now and then as I'm old enough to have (though doubt I'd have watched any late '60s or early to mid '70s episodes, or parts thereof, unless my mom had it on).
