Okay, I removed all the "official" movies. So that leaves us with nine specials: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/12971-dragon-ball-z/season/0 I'm not a 100% sure what the right call is though. Let me know what you think.

Some of the remaining specials are still duplicated with movies. Personnally, I don't care where they are listed, as long as they are listed only one time.
Warning : The French translation is not aligned with the English titles. Specials 4 ("Le Plan d'anéantissement des Saïyens (partie 1)") and 5 ("Le Plan d'anéantissement des Saïyens (partie 2)") in French are the English Special 4 ("Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans") splitted in 2 parts and the real Special 5 ("Summer Vacation Special") is not listed in French.

Okay. So I'll stick with my initial plan to keep all of these in the Specials:
I added the seven movie section duplicates to the masterlist. (Please let me know if I missed any!)
I removed "Dream 9 Toriko & One Piece & Dragon Ball Z Super Collaboration Special!!" from the specials. It's a two part crossover between Toriko and One Piece. I also marked the movie entry as video content.

The official English translation of that game is "Get Together! Goku World", so can you please rename that special to that? The Japanese title is inconsistent and off-putting.

We don't care of the title of the game, but only of the video itself.
Did the video have an explicit official English title ?

Do you have a proof of a release of that video in an English speaking country with that title ? IMDB doesn't list any release apart from Japan.

But to answer your question, I don't know of any English-speaking country that officially released this special under that name, but that's also true for titles like "Kanojo to Kanojo no Neko" ( https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0373960/ ), which TMDB lists as "She and Her Cat" ( https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/18143 ). There was no English-language video release for that either, yet the translated title is used, presumably because it's the one people actually recognize. I'm sure there are countless other examples, too.
"Gather Together! Goku's World" is what's used on IMDB and most wiki/fandom sites. As I said, even TMDB itself has been using that English title for years ( https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/299963 ), and so has TVDB ( https://thetvdb.com/series/dragon-ball-z/episodes/4183200 ), for whatever that's worth.
