In that content report, all I see is a lot of people complaining and pointing out good points, also the anime itself says Season 2 on it. Is this apart of the guidelines? Why doesn't it apply to every show then? Thanks.

Per our quidelines for anime shows, when the episodes are numbered continuously, they should be listed as one single season.

If you read the content reports on that show, you will see that it is listed on our list of shows where this should be done. This will be done at a later date by the Administrator.
