As befits a cop drama, there are many adrenaline-pumping action scenes as well.

James Lye is back on the team and Annabelle Francis joins the cast. Mike (Lye) is still dealing with Elaine's murder from the last season. Sarah is like a breath of fresh air. Annabelle Francis who plays her role describes Sarah as ‘funky, lively, and very sweet.’ She adapts to people very well. This season will explore the characters in greater depth. This season also promises more humour in the stories.
