It's the IND Eighth Avenue Line 168th Street (at that time the Washington Heights–168th Street) in New York City. Nice nostalgia for anyone who lived there and took the subway.

Yeah, I also noticed that one of the subway platform shots was supposedly of the 34th Street station in Manhattan. It looked like the real station there, although it was almost certainly a studio set.
