Extra Details: Wrong title is showing when the langage title field is empty.
¡García! is the original name ¡García! is the same name for the french title, so the field is empty and because the field is empty i have the second langage setting title displayed.
this is a bad behavior the french title is known to be the same as the filed for the french title is empty so the original title should be displayed and not the second langage setting name !

By setting a fallback language, you explicitly ask the system to give you the informations in that language when the fields in the first language are empty.
This apply in every cases, even when the title field is empty because the title is identical to the original language. The system is not able to differentiate this case from an absence of title.
