Extra Details: For some reason, I can't open episode 9 to edit its title to "The Welcome Protocol". Seem the viewing of all episodes in Season 2 is bugged too. (In the Season 2 page)

I'm getting the same errors, so I've posted about this internally to get the admin to look at it. Apologies for the wait.

I've deleted & recreated the episode and it should work now!
