Extra Details: Currently, all episodes from seasons 1 to 3 are included in season 1. These should be separated into seasons 1, 2, and 3. Episodes 1–48 are Season 1, episodes 49–81 are Season 2, and episodes 82–101 are Season 3. / The existing Season 2 should be changed to Season 4, and the existing Season 3 should be changed to Season 5.

That's because the episodes for those "seasons" were listed on the MBC as part of a single season upon release without any season designation and were numbered continuously. The official website lists "시즌(Season) 1~3" Therefore, there is no reason to group them together as Season 1.

Yeah, and that's retroactive; in 2022, "시즌1~3" was not there. It was simply 심야괴담회 and it had a single season going from episode from 1 to episode 101.
The episode order is not being changed. Please use the episode group I linked if you want a different order.
