There's nothing to do on TMDb's end; this page is in the tv section, and the other page is in the film section. There is only ID uniqueness within each section of the database; there will be a film, tv, and person page with the same ID number. If you are still having this issue, I suggest you post about this in the API support section instead, or look into Kodi or Jellyfin support.
