A suffix needs to be added to distinguish between versions

This entry should have a 'live-action' suffix added, as naming it directly as One Piece could cause various players to misidentify it. All my animated One Piece episodes have been recognized as this

We never add suffix to the titles, even when multiple series has the same one.
Normally, every player software use the title and the year to determine the correct show.
And, in the rare cases when there are multiple shows with the same title and the same year, you need to manually check and correct if your player software didn't select the correct one.
