Season 1 rearranged to match original broadcast

The pilot also aired as a single two-hour program, and was released on VHS and LaserDisc in 1985. The JFK episode aired as a single two-hour program as the ABC Sunday Night Movie after the series broadcast run had concluded. TV listings for syndication runs on Lifetime do not include either episode. So I changed these both to single episodes and renumbered accordingly.

The final two episodes' airdates reflect the first syndication run I came across in TV listings. If someone finds an earlier run, please update them.
