There are no problem with this URL.
"The Darkest Light" is movie/110316 and this entry is tv/110316 .
An Id is only unique in its category. A movie and a TV series can share the same Id.

Letterboxd doesn't add TV series automatically to their site. You need to kindly ask their support team if they want to manually import it.
