And they said their new production (a remake) of La Fortuna “ Available to everyone, whether you are a Movistar or not, through the Movistar+ App” and then they went on to talk about how this show was the only one they had at the international film festival. I would say that since this is the company that produced it and since we can all agree it was made in Spanish (or Castilian), and MovieStar+ is the only place (or at least at that time, so definitely the first place) it aired in Spain, then that would technically be the original airing?? And according to TMDB’s rules the original airing is the network (especially if said network produced it)?

That's not enough. It's a foreign new website, and the article doesn't specify how the series will be aired/released.
