Season 1 of Flavor of Poland premiered on January 11, 2020.

Flavor of Poland will bring Americans closer to the art of cooking Polish dishes from diverse locales in Poland and from all walks of life. Each episode will visit a different region of Poland where the viewer will explore the local culture, discover secrets of the area's artisanal food products, and follow host Aleksandra August as she recreates the main regional dishes in her kitchen.
