Why should Lily have to turn herself into the police? The police should have easily determined by now that Lily ran the red light. Do they not have accident reconstructionists in Genoa City? Did they not speak to the other driver? Wtf?

The whole storyline sucked (too long). But I'm glad about one thing though, the witch is dead. We saw her die so she can't come back.
I can't believe TPTB made it last 2 weeks, I think they overestimated her characters popularity. Every time I saw her face on the screen I thought of Norma Desmond.
