Η Λίτσα είναι μία μοντέρνα σταχτοπούτα αλλά δεν το ξέρει. Ζει με την καταπιεστική οικογένειά της (μητέρα- πατέρα, αδελφό και γιαγιά) και εργάζεται στο καλοστημένο κομμωτήριο της πανούργας και χειριστικής Τζένης. Παρόλο που αγαπάει την οικογένειά της και της αρέσει πολύ η δουλειά της, νιώθει να πνίγεται. Σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτά, πιάνει το σύντροφό της να την απατά. Και πάνω που αποφασίζει να μην εμπιστευτεί ξανά κανέναν άντρα, ο έρωτας της χτυπά την πόρτα στο πρόσωπο του Ηλία, ενός κακομαθημένου πλουσιόπαιδου που έχει και σχέση με την αφεντικίνα της Τζένη.
