None of those are actual specials per TMDB's rules. Those specials on TVDB fall into one of 4 types: the podcast, which shouldn't be added on TMDB; the Inside the Episode BTS, which have already been added to every episode; featurettes, which have already been added to the correct level (episode/season/series); and the "Making of The Last of Us" documentary special, which is available here.

Why are the Inside the Episode BTS allowed for House of the Dragon but not here?
Can they please be added as Specials as well as the episodes/season/series so they can appear in the Specials section for apps/sites that use TMDB?
