Hiya! A film of mine that is going to be premiering at MIFF this week got added to TMDB a while back not by myself or anyone on the film team, just a random person who watched it in my film school grad showcase,
but they didn't include any details about the film like year, director, crew, or any images - totally fine except I only just realised that it means no one could find the film and add it to their lists for the festival.
I've gone and now updated all the details, but it's already been over 30 hours and nothing has been updated on Letterboxd or trakt.tv etc.,

I suggest you file a report on the film's page on Letterboxd.
While logged into Letterboxd, go to the film's page.
On the right side of the line containing the Duration, there's a flag.
Click it to file a report.
In your case, I believe the second option is appropriate. Fix Request
Regarding TrackTV, I don't know the solution.
There's a shortcut on the film's page, in the menu column on the left.
I believe the last shortcuts are for updating data. Refresh Data Datasource: TMDB
