You have to change the picture here on TMDb first.
And then letterboxd automatically updates the data.
I think that happens every 24 or 48 hours.

I also up-voted the same image just now.
I think that should work.

I'm not really familiar with letterboxd, but I know that the update process needs some time.
On the FAQ page it says: "Changes to film data on TMDB will be visible in Letterboxd within 30 hours."

So now we have to wait until the page on letterboxd changes:
