I'm building a personal use project that uses the following approach.

An agent that calls a GPT 4 Mini LLM and the TMDB API to obtain movie recommendations. The agent would then be added to my private Microsoft Teams channel for personal use, allowing me to access recommendations easily from my phone.

Does this use case need a commercial license?
