Was trying to create a collection and it dissapeared

I was trying to create a collection https://www.themoviedb.org/collection/1526130-bugs-bunny-80th-anniversary-collection and suddenly when i was half way through it vanished. Any idea why?

Collections aren't for DVD box set. They're reserved for film sequels. Please see the guidelines: https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/collection
