Why does this short keep getting removed?

It wasn't deleted by me.
But, how and when was this short movie officially released ? Was it released otherwise than on YouTube ?

The reason @superboy97 is asking because TMDB is database of professionally released films and tv series. YouTube videos are not supported for the simple reason that it is not part of the database's mission to catalog all YouTube videos.
