I replied to your support email detailing this issue:

We took a look into the errors we received from our payment provider and for all 4 attempts, we got back a “processor declined” error stating: "Violation: The customer will need to contact their bank for more information. This is a hard decline.”

What this means is that it’s a declined error we’re getting back from your bank and/or credit card company. You will need to talk to them and see why it’s being declined.

Hopefully your card provider is able to provide more information.
