TMDb is a database for professionally released movies and tv shows only - we don't allow student films.
You can read the rule and the exceptions to the rule here:

Based on the data that was entered, the movie was "screened at a university hosted film festival" at the end of June:

Based on the info that I found, the festival is the "Taylor's University Film Festival" aka "Taylor’s Filmmaking Festival" in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
But it says in the rules to the festival and on instagram that only students are allowed to submit entries:

That means the festival is not relevant for TMDb - which also means that the movie is not eligible.
In such a case, we moderators have to delete the movie entry and all the entries for people involved.

What can you do?
When you look at the rule above -> you and/or the director of the movie have to prove that this film was or is going to be professionally released.
For example, I don't know if you or the director of the movie are trying to get into other festivals?
When you are screening the movie at a relevant festival, an entry here on TMDb would be allowed.

Otherwise, the entry will be deleted in the future.

Thank you for the heads up, we have submitted it into a bunch of festivals as of right now and planning on a festival run at Short & Sweet festival hopefully. Needed to know of this but thank you regardless and we’ll make sure to follow accordingly.

About your initial question -> you can upload a pic without moderator approval.

Click on it.
And then you can upload an image.

But there are some rules in regards to images on TMDb - of course there are:

In short:
We prefer head shot style pics, no full body shots, no borders/bars, good quality, aspect ratio 2:3.
