Getting duplicate notifications

For the last week or so, I've been receiving two notifications (with the exact same time) from the same thread/comment. Any idea what's going on?

This happen regularly.
That mean that someone first answer the thread (first notification) and then edit the answer (second notification).

With the EXACT SAME TIME?
